CONCEPTS & CASE STUDIES
During our research programmes; business concepts and case studies are developed to keep the direction and focus on the key objectives of the programme. Examples are as follows:
a) Health Care business concepts and case studies:
(i) Patient Physician Interaction Project (PPIP), a concept for managing the 3ARMs of diabetes and other long-term diseases/illnesses. This case can also apply to Farmer-Veterinary Specialist relationship.
(ii) Performance experience management systems e.g. based on balanced scorecard concept.
(b) Education business concepts and case studies:
(i) ATM Libraries, a concept for accessing school reference material required by students for preparing homework or by teachers for preparing lessons – this concept relates to societies where digital divide gaps are evident and wide.
(ii) Education Shared Services, for example UESSCO (www.uescco.com) program.
